Why we chose trade in office equipment
We have chosen the industry trade of office machines, office furniture, stationery, school and office articles, because this industry is in great demand and we see an economic success in this area. In addition, we have great interest in this industry and see a growing market, as it is becoming increasingly important for employers to be able to provide their employees with a pleasant and modern working environment.
What we do at our training company
Swift is a training company with 28 students and two teachers. Operating as a GesmbH (limited liability company), it is officially registered in the ACT Company Register. The managing directors are Eveline Skala and Fiona Leaf.

Students are encouraged to independently handle everyday tasks within the company. This includes making informed decisions, managing their time effectively, and setting priorities. Employee surveys, interviews, and regular business meetings help facilitate communication and collaboration among the students. The work environment is designed to encourage independent work. Larger projects, such as organizing an assessment center or participating in company trade fairs, bring students together and strengthen their abilities through self-directed planning, organization, and execution.

We intentionally delegate tasks to encourage introverted students to step up and showcase their abilities within the training company. Additionally, responsibilities are clearly assigned across departments, allowing students to focus on their tasks without confusion about work distribution.

At Swift, teachers act as coaches. Employees are encouraged to set their own learning goals with guidance from their coaches. Regular self-assessments, along with feedback from coaches on progress towards these goals, support the continuous learning and development of each student.

We want to broaden the students’ exposure beyond what they’ve seen in the past. We plan to organize visits to universities, real businesses, and other relevant sites to give them a deeper understanding of how the real world works and offer a glimpse into what their future careers might hold. This hands-on experience will allow them to immerse themselves more deeply in real-life scenarios.

To boost employee engagement, we’ve decided to refresh our brand by involving our students in the redesign of our logo. Additionally, we’ll introduce a new and innovative range of products, ensuring that our brand stays modern and relevant.
